"Merry Midnight" is from the Winter 2009 Holiday Wishes collection by OPI. this was a pretty solid collection in retrospect (i wasn't into polish when it first came out). "Merry Midnight" is one of the stars, though. it has many different finishes to it...it's a shimmery dark berry purple with blue iridescent microglitter and small red-green flakies. why doesn't OPI make more flakies??
i never let myself lemming this beauty because i was sure i wouldn't find it, but now that i have it i love it. the wear has been fantastic as well. i used 3 coats which was good enough but it'll darken to a more vampy shade at 4 coats. i am totally digging the glossiness of Poshe top coat as well!

ReplyDeletelove this! I had been wanting this for soooo long, I almost paid $20+ dollars for it... glad I didn't. I actually ended up finding it right under my nose in a beauty supply I frequent regularly, don't know how I missed it before!
ReplyDeleteIsn't this lacquer the most fun? Its my favorite in my OPI stash and one I was lemming for a while too and was lucky to pick up from a fabulous MUA swapper. :) Looks gorgeous on you.
