Maybelline Express Finish "Cool Couture"

Maybelline "Cool Couture" is part of the limited edition Fall 2011 Scene On the Runway collection. it is a cool medium-dark grey creme with teal blue microshimmer.
i used 2 coats plus some bald patching. i don't like the brush on this one. the formula was pretty good though. i think it's a fairly unique polish--it looks like something Zoya would put out rather than Maybelline.

  1. I don't want to sound like a crazy follower, but I absolutely LOVE your blog! I get so excited when I see that you have new blog posts! It's an added bonus when I see that you have multiple new posts in one day! There have been sooooo many polishes I've gone out and bought because of you! And this one's on my huntdown list. Where did you find it? I might try Ulta this afternoon to see if they've gotten it in.

  5. I saw this in the store a couple days ago and passed because I didn't think the blue shimmer would show up on the nail, but I think I'll have to go back for it.

    Lesley: definitely in the top tier of Maybelline's polishes
    Madeline: the shimmer does show up a little. it's subtle not screaming
